By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreement with these Terms, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the acknowledgement, consent, and under the sole responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

Your order is not accepted until The Saint's Supplies confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as The Saint's Supplies may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, except where applicable law provides you with additional or different rights or remedies.\
SECTION 4 - COUPONS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, The Saint's Supplies may offer coupons, discount codes, promotional discounts, or other promotional offers (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion may be subject to additional terms, conditions, restrictions, eligibility requirements, redemption limits, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other limitations stated in the applicable Promotion or communicated with the Promotion.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Promotion, coupons and discount codes are valid only for eligible purchases made through the Services and may not be combined with other coupons, discount codes, promotions, offers, or discounts. A coupon or discount code may be limited to one use per customer, order, household, email address, or other applicable limit specified by The Saint's Supplies.
Coupons and discount codes are promotional discounts only. They have no cash value and are not legal tender, gift cards, store credit, or other forms of payment. A coupon or discount code may not be sold, purchased, exchanged, transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash, exchanged for Products or other merchandise, or otherwise converted into a monetary or non-monetary benefit. Coupons and discount codes may not be reproduced, duplicated, altered, distributed, or used in a manner not expressly authorized by The Saint's Supplies.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion, a coupon or discount applies only to the eligible purchase price of qualifying Products and does not apply to taxes, shipping, delivery, handling, customs, duties, or other charges. A coupon or discount cannot be applied retroactively to an Order that has already been submitted or accepted.
The possession, receipt, display, or availability of a coupon or discount code does not by itself guarantee that the coupon or discount will be accepted or that a discount will be applied to an Order. A Promotion may be subject to a stated quantity, redemption, or eligibility limit and may become unavailable once that limit has been reached. A coupon or discount code may also be cancelled, suspended, expired, disabled, or rendered invalid where the Promotion has ended, its applicable limit has been reached, the code was obtained or used contrary to its terms, the code was distributed or used without authorization, or where there is an error, fraud, misuse, abuse, technical issue, or other circumstance affecting the proper operation of the Promotion.
The Saint's Supplies reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, terminate, cancel, or restrict any Promotion, coupon, or discount code, including its availability, eligibility requirements, redemption limits, or terms. We may also refuse to honour a coupon or discount code that is invalid, unauthorized, altered, duplicated, expired, cancelled, or used contrary to the applicable Promotion terms. We will not exercise this right in a manner that excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
Where a Promotion has been expressly stated to be available only until a particular date, while supplies last, for a limited number of eligible Orders, or until a specified redemption limit is reached, the Promotion will end when the applicable condition occurs. Any material conditions or limitations applicable to a Promotion are intended to form part of the applicable Promotion terms and will be communicated in a manner required by applicable law.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotions are available only to eligible customers and may not be used for commercial resale, bulk purchasing, or other purposes that are inconsistent with the purpose of the Promotion. The Saint's Supplies may limit or refuse the use of a Promotion where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, or circumvention of the Promotion's stated terms.
If an Order using a coupon or discount is cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise adjusted, the value of the coupon or discount does not become a cash payment, store credit, Product, or other transferable benefit. Any refund or adjustment will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law. The terms applicable to a specific Promotion will govern that Promotion, and where there is a conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these Terms of Service, the specific Promotion terms will govern to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in this Section limits, excludes, or waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Certain materials used on the Services, including logos, graphics, photographs, fonts, icons, and other design elements, may be provided by or licensed from third parties, including Canva. Such materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners and licensors. The Saint's Supplies does not claim ownership of third-party materials that it does not own.
All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners and may not be used without appropriate permission.

Big Cartel provides the technology and services that allow us to operate our online store and process information associated with the operation of the Services. Information collected through our Store may be processed by Big Cartel and by other service providers or processors that assist us or Big Cartel in providing the Services, including payment processors, shipping providers, marketing providers, analytics providers, database and technology providers, and other service providers.
When our browsing consent gate is displayed, selecting “I consent & continue” records a limited consent audit record so that we can document the choice that was made. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL The Saint's Supplies, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
Nothing in SECTION 18 (this section) limits liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Saint's Supplies and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

You and The Saint's Supplies agree that, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Services, or any Products purchased through the Services. You and The Saint's Supplies consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Nothing in this Section is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable Canadian or Ontario law.
