Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: September 23, 2026

At The Saint’s Supplies, we want you to know exactly what to expect when placing an order. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, including, but not limited to, Section 6 (“Shipping and Delivery”), Section 26 (“Force Majeure”), and Section 27 (“Compliance with Ontario and Canadian Laws”).

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time is separate from delivery time and is not included in Canada Post's delivery estimates.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, sales, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, order processing may take longer than the timeframe stated above. Where reasonably practicable, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.

An order is considered shipped when it has been handed over to Canada Post or otherwise accepted for transportation by the applicable carrier.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

The Saint’s Supplies uses Canada Post for shipping orders.

Available shipping methods and their applicable costs are displayed at checkout. Customers may select from the shipping options available for their destination and order.

The shipping method selected at checkout determines the applicable estimated transit time and whether tracking is available.

Canada Post's delivery standards are generally measured in business days and generally exclude the day of mailing, weekends, statutory holidays, and time spent in customs. Delivery standards may also vary depending on the origin, destination, service selected, and other circumstances.

Unless a particular delivery service is expressly identified as guaranteed, Canada Post delivery standards are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery estimates refer to transit time after an order has been shipped. They do not include our 2–4 business day order-processing period.

Delivery may take longer than the applicable estimate because of circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • weather conditions;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • postal or labour disruptions;
  • customs processing;
  • unusually high shipment volumes;
  • incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • circumstances affecting the destination country; or
  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Canada Post's published delivery standards are subject to change.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following are general Canada Post delivery standards and are provided for informational purposes. The actual delivery estimate applicable to an order may vary according to the destination, origin, selected service, and other applicable factors.

Canada

For parcel services within Canada, Canada Post currently publishes delivery standards ranging from approximately 1–13 business days, depending on the service, destination, and delivery area.

The specific service and estimated delivery timeframe applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout when available.

  • Xpresspost – USA: 2–3 business days
  • Expedited Parcel – USA: 4–7 business days
  • Tracked Packet – USA: 4–7 business days
  • Small Packet – USA: 5–8 business days

Actual delivery times may vary according to the destination and other applicable circumstances.

International Destinations

For international destinations, Canada Post currently publishes general delivery standards including:

  • Xpresspost – International: approximately 4–7 business days for most destinations;
  • Tracked Packet – International: approximately 6–10 business days;

  • Small Packet – Surface: approximately 4–12 weeks.

Actual delivery standards vary by destination. For some international destinations, Canada Post's applicable delivery standard may require additional processing time depending on the shipment's origin and destination.

The delivery timeframe displayed at checkout should be treated as the applicable estimate for the shipping option available for your order.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada;
  • the United States; and
  • most international destinations.

Some products, destinations, or shipping services may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, destination-country requirements, size or weight limitations, customs requirements, or other applicable restrictions.

If a particular destination is unavailable at checkout, we may be unable to ship the order to that destination.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable shipping method, destination, order characteristics, and other factors and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge selected at checkout.

For international shipments, the customer may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or its authorities, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of The Saint’s Supplies.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is included with the selected shipping service, tracking information will generally be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available or update after Canada Post accepts the shipment.

Shipping services that do not include tracking will not provide a tracking number.

The availability and functionality of tracking may vary depending on the shipping service and destination.

7. Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the processing timeframe stated in this Policy.

However, delivery times after an order has been shipped are primarily dependent on the applicable carrier and destination.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and any available tracking information.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, work with Canada Post to investigate the shipment.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected].

Please provide:

  • your order number;
  • your tracking number, if applicable;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photographs of the package and/or product where relevant.

We may work with Canada Post and the customer to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before the order is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the shipping process.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the package be shipped again.

Any applicable refund or additional charges will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

10. International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, customs clearance procedures, import requirements, duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country

Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the applicable Canada Post delivery estimate.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country and for paying applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or other amounts imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

The Saint’s Supplies does not control the customs procedures, laws, taxes, duties, or charges imposed by foreign authorities.

International delivery availability may also vary depending on the destination country's requirements and Canada Post's available services.

11. Delivery Estimates and Consumer Rights

Delivery estimates provided by The Saint’s Supplies and Canada Post are estimates unless a particular delivery date or guarantee is expressly provided.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, certain consumer contracts may provide cancellation rights where delivery does not occur within the statutory timeframe. Where a delivery date is specified in the applicable consumer contract, the Act provides for cancellation in certain circumstances if delivery does not occur within 30 days after that date. Where no delivery date is specified, the Act provides for cancellation in certain circumstances if delivery does not occur within 30 days after the contract is entered into. These rights are subject to the Act and its applicable requirements and exceptions.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer-protection legislation.
